2. Overview

This website is deliberately kept lean:

  • No cookies are set and no information is stored in your browser.
  • There are no analytics or tracking tools and no advertising.
  • Fonts, graphics and all other components are loaded from the website's own web space. No third-party content is embedded (no font services, maps, videos or social media plugins).

Personal data is only processed where this is technically necessary to operate the website or when you contact ITCoreNet.

3. Hosting and server log files

The website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany.

When you visit the website, the server automatically processes information transmitted by your browser, in particular:

  • IP address
  • date and time of access
  • page or file requested
  • amount of data transferred and status code
  • browser type and operating system
  • previously visited page (referrer), if transmitted

This data is technically required to deliver the website and to ensure its security and stability. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest lies in the secure and error-free operation of the website.

IONOS deletes the log files after 7 days at the latest.

A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with IONOS.

4. Contact form

If you use the contact form, your name, your e-mail address, your message and – if provided – your company are processed in order to answer your enquiry.

The data is transmitted to the web server in encrypted form (HTTPS) and forwarded from there to ITCoreNet by e-mail via the IONOS mail server. The form contents are not stored on the web server itself. No external form service or external CAPTCHA is used.

To protect against spam and abuse, the number of messages is limited to five per hour and IP address. For this purpose, an encrypted check value (HMAC) is derived from your IP address and stored on the web server together with the time of sending. The IP address itself is not stored; the check value is deleted after one hour at the latest. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in protection against abuse).

The legal basis for processing your enquiry is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries).

Your enquiry is deleted once it has been fully processed, unless statutory retention obligations (for example under commercial or tax law) apply.

5. Contact by e-mail

If you write to ITCoreNet by e-mail, your e-mail address and the content of your message are processed to handle your enquiry. Section 4 applies accordingly.

6. Encryption

For security reasons, this website uses TLS encryption (HTTPS). You can recognise it by “https://” and the padlock symbol in your browser's address bar.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access to your stored data (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR)

To exercise these rights, please contact support@itcorenet.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), for example the authority responsible for ITCoreNet: Der Hessische Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit, Wilhelmstraße 7, 65185 Wiesbaden, Germany.

8. Obligation to provide data

You are not obliged to provide personal data. However, an enquiry via the contact form cannot be processed without a name, e-mail address and message.

No automated decision-making, including profiling, takes place.
